We embedded internationalization from the start, so nothing got lost in translation
ContentSquare faced the challenge of launching a redesigned, multi-language website with over 2,000 pages just four weeks before a global rollout. The brief demanded not only speed, but enterprise-grade scalability, accessibility, and performance under tight deadlines. Working closely with their existing teams across multiple departments and stakeholders, Tribes took full ownership of the build, coordinating seamlessly to avoid bottlenecks and keep delivery on track. We implemented an automated build and deployment framework with reusable components, drastically reducing development time while ensuring consistency across thousands of pages. Internationalisation was embedded at the architecture level to prevent localisation issues and simplify future updates. By optimising for performance from the ground up, we delivered a site that loaded faster, scored over 200% higher in accessibility benchmarks, and contributed to a $6M uplift in sales without missing the launch date..
